Ferrite magnetic tapes: Features and functionality

At supermagnete, we carry plastic and strontium ferrite products. Most of them are anisotropically magnetised, which makes the magnetic adhesive tapes very strong and have a higher adhesive force compared to other standard products. Another advantage is that two magnetic tapes that are correctly combined adhere perfectly to each other. This helps to attach two non-magnetic objects to each other. This product gets its self-adhesive properties through the one-sided adhesive strip.
Select in our online shop from self-adhesive magnetic tape in various widths from 10 to 150 mm. The appropriate width depends on the size and weight of the objects that you want to attach. Practical magnetic discs to hang up photos, postcards, etc.

Besides the high-quality magnetic sheet in A4 format, you can find magnetic discs in our assortment, which are small pre-cut magnetic plates with an adhesive foil. They are available in various styles and sizes:

• Square: 10 x 10 mm, 20 x 20 mm or 30 x 30 mm
• Round: 10 mm or 20 mm diameter

With the magnetic stickers you can easily attach the following items to ferrous surfaces:

Extremly strong: Neodymium magnetic adhesive tape

It's extreme strength and four times higher adhesive force than other ferrite products (450 g/cm²) is compelling. Self-adhesive magnetic tapes made of neodymium are therefore especially suitable for challenging mounting solutions. In order to fulfil high expectations, they are furnished with the high-quality 3M adhesive, which ensures that the self-adhesive magnetic tape securely sticks even to heavy objects.

Versatile capabilities

If you want to attach something quickly and flexible to metal surfaces, magnetic adhesive tapes are very helpful. As if by magic they can attach objects to a fridge or metal shelf, for instance. You can remove them without residue whenever you like. Do you need it even more flexible? Then paint walls, furniture and other surfaces with magnetic paint. Stick self-adhesive magnetic tape to the backside of signage, markers and other objects and attach these objects to the magnetic surface. It's just as easy to move them around or remove them entirely.
You can also stick the magnetic adhesive tape to the backside of decorative objects (e.g. coloured wooden strips) and make them your own magnets.

  Just attach a self-adhesive magnetic tape to the frames of a fly screen and door or window. The magnetic tapes stick to each other, which allows for a quick mounting without drilling. This is especially advisable when you live in a rented flat and you only need bug protection temporarily.
• Mood board in the office:
  If you need to be creative at work, it may help to visualise things. Use a magnetic adhesive tape for brainstorming. You can attach things to your whiteboard or magnetic board and quickly move them around as needed. In a design studio this may be material samples; at an interior designer it could be miniature furniture.
• Individual wall design in the children's room:
  Children like to paint and almost daily create their own pieces of art. You can use a magnetic adhesive tape in a dispenser to quickly hang them up without damaging the painting. This works best on a wall that is painted with magnetic paint, so you can easily hang up, rearrange, and remove paintings, drawings, etc.
